We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Operations Executive
with strong experience in
flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel coordination
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of travel portals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end travel operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international
flight bookings
, cancellations, rescheduling, and fare checks.
Manage
hotel reservations
, room allocations, special requests, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to ensure smooth and timely services.
Prepare travel itineraries and share accurate information with clients or employees.
Resolve customer queries related to travel schedules, booking issues, or changes.
Maintain booking records, invoices, vouchers, and related documentation.
Monitor travel costs, negotiate rates with vendors, and ensure cost-effective bookings.
Support overall operations and assist in daily administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
flight and hotel booking
(GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of online travel portals and vendor management.
