Enter and update data into company databases and systems with accuracy.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Organize and manage electronic and paper files.
Retrieve and review data for reports and presentations.
Assist in generating and compiling reports as needed.
Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular backups to secure data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
