We are looking for a skilled Travel Manager to oversee and coordinate all company travel activities. The ideal candidate will manage travel policies, arrange travel services, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective and seamless travel experiences for employees. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain company travel policies and procedures.
Should be able to understand staff travel plan , matching with business requirements and finalize the same.
Scrutinize staff travel plan and share audit report same for the management.
Arrest deviations if any found but in the staff travel plan and reduce the cost.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, visas)
Negotiate rates and contracts with travel vendors and service providers
Review and approve travel requests while ensuring policy compliance
Manage travel budgets and track expenses
Resolve travel-related issues and provide support to employees during trips
Maintain accurate travel records and prepare regular reports
Analyze travel data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Travel Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS systems, and vendor management
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
