Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily
travel operations
, including bookings, scheduling, vehicle coordination, and customer support.
Drive
sales and business development
through new client acquisition and relationship management.
Manage vendor tie-ups with hotels, transport providers, and local partners.
Ensure timely delivery of services and smooth coordination between operations and sales teams.
Handle escalations, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).
4-6 years of experience in
local or domestic travel operations
and sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of local routes, vendors, and travel logistics.
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
