Travel Desk Officer / Post-Landing Support Executive
We are hiring a smart and enthusiastic Travel Desk Officer for our Overseas Education Consultancy to support students with accommodation, airport pickup, and post-landing assistance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate student accommodation and airport pickup
Handle post-landing queries and student support
Liaise with overseas partners and service providers
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
Student-friendly, proactive, and well-organized
Experience in travel desk/student services preferred

Candidate Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.( 1-4 years experience )
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Smart, energetic, and student-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office/ CRM systems.
Prior experience in travel desk, student services, or overseas education will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,336.77 - ₹45,156.48 per month
