We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to effectively explain design travel packages for India and offering top-tier customer service, and ensuring that our clients have an outstanding travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain travel packages of India to clients including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Design and tailor travel packages based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel needs.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Ensure all travel arrangements align with client expectations and company standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-booking.
Address and resolve any client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
Prepare and manage booking documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Genuine interest in travel and a passion for exploring new places.
