Position: Travel Expert - Hotels Company: WowStayz.fun (Boutique hotels aggregator) Job Type: Full-time : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Expert - Hotels to join our team at WowStayz.fun. As a Travel Expert - Hotels, you will be responsible for converting leads generated through various sources into hotel bookings. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into hotel bookings
- Handle group booking leads as well
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Communicate effectively with hotels, travel agents and customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor\'s degree (preferred)
- Work experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Passionate about the hospitality and travel industry
