Book, modify, and manage reservations using
Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Atlas, Worldspan

Handle cancellations, reschedules, ticketing issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Experience
: Minimum
2+ years in Airline Ticketing Voice process
.
GDS Expertise
: Strong hands-on knowledge of
Amadeus, Sabre & Galileo
.
Communication
: Excellent spoken & written English.
Shift Readiness
: Comfortable working in
US night shifts
.
Availability
: Only
immediate joiners (0 -30 days)
will be considered.
