Key Responsibilities



Travel Arrangements

: Create detailed travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, including booking transportation, accommodations, and activities.

Client Interaction

: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues promptly.

Vendor Collaboration

: Work with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and services for clients.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications to ensure smooth operations.

Industry Knowledge

: Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination information to provide valuable advice to clients.

Qualifications



Education

: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Experience

: At least 2-3 years of experience in a travel-related role, demonstrating strong customer service skills and knowledge of the travel industry.

Skills

: Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges during travel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
