Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Travel Executive

to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for clients. The role involves coordinating travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, ticketing, and customized travel packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services. Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and required documentation. Customize travel packages according to client requirements and budgets. Respond to travel inquiries and provide timely quotations and options. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers for best deals and availability. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences. Resolve travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies efficiently. Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations. Provide post-travel support and collect feedback for service improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, and booking platforms (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
