Technical Requirements
Smartphone mandatory
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and GPS/Maps
Ability to update daily work reports

Self-motivated and target-oriented
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Physically fit for outdoor/field work

Willing to work flexible hours if needed
Ability to meet daily/weekly targets
