Designation: Travel Consultant Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year Working Days: 6 Days Working Working Shift: Night shift (9:00 Pm to 6:00 Am) Location: Sector - 03, Noida \xe2\x80\x93 201301 Role Description: As a Travel Consultant working the night shift, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their travel needs. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customers with information about travel rates, and make recommendations based on individual preferences and needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation:

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel itineraries, and activities.
• Customize travel packages based on individual client requirements.

Booking and Reservations:

• Make flight reservations using booking systems and online platforms.
• Secure the best available rates and amenities for clients.
• Confirm bookings and provide clients with detailed itineraries.

Customer Service:

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle changes to travel plans, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Provide support during travel disruptions and emergencies.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and emerging travel products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stay informed about promotions and discounts.

Sales and Upselling:

• Promote additional services such as guided tours, excursions, and travel packages.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the agency.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduation in any specialization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
