Duties
Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks and strategic planning
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure effective communication across departments
Oversee guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
Manage organisational schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow and adherence to organisational policies
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior management
Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant organisational software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills
