Coordinating with branches for Outstation Delivery and arranging domestic travel (Bus/Train),
accommodations, transportation and other Requirement.
? Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
? Provide real-time support to travellers during trips, addressing any issues or changes that may
arise.
? Maintain and update travel databases and records for reporting and reimbursement/Accounting
purposes.
? Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and terms.
? Prepare and communicate detailed travel itineraries to travellers.
? Assist with expense reporting and travel-related reimbursements.
? Stay updated on travel restrictions, health advisories, and other relevant travel-related information.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Travel Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.
? Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software.
? Attention to detail and ability to handle last-minute changes and emergencies.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
? 3-4 years of experience in a corporate travel environment or travel agency (preferred).
? Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is a plus.
