Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Handle flight, hotel, and package bookings for domestic & international destinations
Coordinate with suppliers, agents, and clients for confirmations and updates
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documents (tickets, vouchers, invoices)
Ensure accurate costing, booking confirmations, and smooth client handling
Manage post-booking operations -- follow-ups, reschedules, and cancellations
Customer Service
Respond promptly to client queries via email and phone
Maintain courteous and professional communication
Handle emergencies and last-minute changes efficiently
Administrative Support
Update daily booking records and maintain data in Excel or CRM
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking and vendor settlements
Assist management with reporting and client follow-ups
