Customer Service Executive (Travel - Ticketing bookings)

US Night Shift (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)

Job Overview
We are looking for
freshers and experienced professionals
who are eager to build their careers in the
travel and ticketing industry
. As a
Sr. Associate /Associate
you will be responsible for handling international ticket bookings, customer queries, and travel support using industry-standard GDS tools. Candidates who are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, and are ready to work in a night shift are encouraged to apply.
Note:
Immediate joiners with no notice period will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with
airline ticket bookings, re-bookings, cancellations, and modifications
.
Respond to travel-related queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Use
GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
for ticketing and reservations.
Deliver excellent customer service while handling calls, chats, or emails.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
Requirements
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience with
Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working in
US night shifts
.
