Your Role

Book and manage travel

: Use leading GDS platforms--Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Atlas, World of Span.

Deliver top-tier customer service

: Handle inquiries, provide advice, resolve issues.

Process ticketing and manage changes

: Ensure accuracy and documentation in all transactions.

Maintain professionalism

: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
What We Require

Minimum 2 years of experience

in the travel industry, specifically in ticketing, is required.

GDS expertise

: Proven hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Excellent communication

: Clear, courteous, and professional in all interactions.

Night shift readiness

: Must be comfortable working US time zone nights.

Immediate start

: No notice period--only those ready to join now will be considered.

Document verification

: All relevant documents must be available for submission.
