Travel Consultant

to join our Calicut branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide travel consultancy to clients, including flight, hotel, visa, and holiday package bookings. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel options. Handle inquiries, prepare itineraries, and provide accurate travel information. Ensure all bookings and documentation are accurate and processed on time. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and tourism industry updates. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in travel consultancy or the tourism industry is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
