Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing & Reservations

Arrange domestic and international flight bookings. Coordinate train, bus, and cab reservations as required. Ensure best fares, suitable timings, and cost-effective travel planning.
2. Hotel & Accommodation

Book hotels, guest houses, or company-approved accommodations. Negotiate corporate rates and ensure booking confirmations.
3. Travel Coordination

Prepare complete travel itineraries for employees. Keep track of travel schedules, changes, and cancellations. Provide on-call support for urgent travel requirements.
4. Vendor & Agency Management

Coordinate with travel agencies, cab vendors, and hotel partners. Maintain updated vendor lists and rate agreements.
5. Documentation & Compliance

Handle travel-related documents such as ID proofs, approval letters, and visas (if applicable). Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies.
6. Billing & MIS Reporting

Maintain travel expense records and ensure timely bill submission. Prepare monthly travel MIS reports (tickets, hotels, cost analysis). Verify invoices before forwarding to accounts.
7. Employee Support

Assist employees with travel queries and special requirements. Ensure smooth travel arrangements during emergencies or sudden plan changes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
