We are looking for customer-focused Travel Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services. A passion for travel, strong sales skills, and exceptional client servicing are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end travel bookings including
flights, hotels, holiday packages, and visa services
.
Provide personalized travel solutions to
B2C and B2B clients
based on their preferences, budget, and travel goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering
exceptional service and follow-up support
.
Suggest
creative itineraries
and upsell relevant services like insurance, upgrades, excursions, etc.
Stay updated on
travel trends, airline policies, and visa requirements
.
Handle complex or escalated bookings and resolve issues with
professionalism and urgency
.
Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and vendors for seamless operations and pricing.
Meet individual and team sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
Train or mentor junior travel consultants as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2
years of experience
in the any of the company
Strong expertise in
international destinations
, air ticketing (GDS knowledge preferred), hotel bookings, and visa handling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with travel software, CRMs, and MS Office.
High attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and customer-first mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
