Key Responsibilities
:
Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other accommodations.
Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel advice, and destination information.
Handle client inquiries, changes to bookings, and cancellations professionally and promptly.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Build and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Keep records of bookings and handle payments efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Fresher / 1-2 years of experience as a travel executive or in a similar role. / Also Fresher can apply.
Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex itineraries and multi-task effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
