Family Tour Management
Plan and manage customized family tours with attention to detail and personalization.
Design itineraries considering family preferences, age groups, and budgets.
Book family-friendly accommodations and arrange safe transport options.
Visa & Documentation
Guide families through visa requirements and documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, especially for minors.
Customer Service Excellence
Act as a single point of contact for families before, during, and after travel.
Handle special requests (dietary needs, senior citizen support, medical assistance).
Provide concierge-style support during travel for smooth experiences.
Vendor Coordination
Liaise with hotels, airlines, and destination partners to secure quality arrangements.
Negotiate cost-effective packages while maintaining service standards.
Graduate in Tourism; MBA preferred.
