Handle domestic and international ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel reservations.
Coordinate and prepare detailed travel itineraries based on client requirements.
Provide clients with travel advice, cost estimates, and suitable itinerary options.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients regarding bookings and changes.
Process cancellations, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations.
Maintain client records, invoices, and documentation accurately.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the travel industry or similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
