Job Description

Client Consultation & Planning: Understand client travel needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend and customize ideal travel itineraries. On-Ground Travel & Exploration: Undertake frequent travel to various cities across India to assess destinations, experience services, and gather firsthand insights. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business, especially during your travels. Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos during your travels to be used for marketing, social media, and client presentations, showcasing the unique experiences our packages offer. Supplier Relations: Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals. Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services and packages. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices. Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
