Job Description

Responsibilities -Minimum 3 yr experience in Travel process/Must be from the Travel industry.
-Handling inbound calls & converting them into a sales call.
-Continuous Follow up with the customers
-Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information. -Well versed with Europe , USA product
- knowledge for booking flight tickets -Attractive salary, Required Candidate profile -Excellent communication skills -should be well versed with any of the GDS (Amadeus ,Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo etc) Offering tour solutions based on clients requirements
Handling tour bookings from start to finish
Negotiating and closing deals with clients
Dealing efficiently with guests What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Graduates in any discipline or 3-year diploma education in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
English fluency (communication skills) with good command in Hindi language
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Computer knowledge ( Office) Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Morning shift
