Job Description


Purpose of the Role:

As a Travel Desk Specialist, you will be working very closely with travel Desk and SISAites who travel on Business Needs.

You will majorly be involved in providing support to people who are travelling for their travel arrangements including but not

limited to Booking of Tickets and accommodation , arranging local travel. He /She will be working directly with employees who

are travelling and suggest travel options as per business needs and budgeting to ensure efficient and hassle free journey. He

/She should have good communication and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

\xef\x81\xac Search and provide suitable mode of travel options to employees as per the Travel Plan.

\xef\x81\xac Booking of tickets as per business needs and within allocated budget.

\xef\x81\xac Research and interact with Accommodation partners to reserve accommodation for travelling employees.

\xef\x81\xac Coordinate for transportation services such as car rentals or Cabs and other needs during travel.

\xef\x81\xac Ensuring that payment is made for partners as per mutually agreed terms diligently.

\xef\x81\xac Interact with Stakeholders to understand the travelling needs and taken care accordingly.

\xef\x81\xacWork closely with employees and authorities for the short term or Long term VISA processing for International travels.

\xef\x81\xac Create and maintain the required documentation for Travelling needs.

\xef\x81\xac To provide general administrative support for business-related travels when needed.

Job Requirements

\xef\x81\xac Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, travel, and tourism, or a related field

\xef\x81\xac Excellent organizational and planning skills

\xef\x81\xac Strong communication and customer service skills

\xef\x81\xac Proficient knowledge of online booking tools and search engines

\xef\x81\xac Familiarity with visa requirements and travel regulations

Skill requirements

\xef\x81\xac Excellent organizational and time management skills

\xef\x81\xac Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate tasks simultaneously

\xef\x81\xac Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

\xef\x81\xac Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like Excel, Word.
