We are looking for an experienced Travel Desk Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end travel operations for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will handle vehicle scheduling, driver coordination, client communication, billing support, and ensure smooth daily travel desk operations with high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily travel desk operations for corporate and individual clients
Coordinate vehicle allocation, trip scheduling, and route planning
Supervise drivers and coordinator and ensure adherence to duty timings and company policies
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding travel requirements
Handle trip modifications, cancellations, and emergency situations efficiently
Ensure accurate trip records, log sheets
Coordinate with accounts team for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
Monitor vehicle availability, breakdowns, and maintenance coordination
Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations and vendor coordination
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations
Good organizational and multitasking skills
