The Travel Desk Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements including hotel bookings, cab services, flight and train reservations. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, cost control, and prior experience working with a travel company or corporate travel desk.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
hotel bookings
(domestic & international) ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service
Coordinate
cab booking services
for employees, guests, and clients
Handle
flight and train bookings
, including rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
Liaise with
travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors
Negotiate rates with vendors and ensure compliance with company travel policies
Maintain travel records, invoices, and MIS reports
Resolve travel-related issues, escalations, and emergency requests
Ensure timely confirmations and smooth travel experience for travelers
Monitor travel budgets and control costs
Support management with travel planning and logistics for meetings/events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field
Proven experience working with a travel company or corporate travel desk
Strong knowledge of:
Hotel booking systems
Cab aggregation and vendor coordination
Flight & train reservation systems
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in MS Excel, email, and reporting tools

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
