We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Travel Desk Executive
to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and guests. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using online travel booking platforms such as
IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo
, and other airline, hotel, and cab booking applications, ensuring cost-effective and timely travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic (and international, if required) travel bookings including
air tickets, train tickets, hotels, and local transportation
Book and manage train tickets using
IRCTC
(Tatkal, Premium Tatkal, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling)
Manage flight and hotel bookings through platforms like
MakeMyTrip, Goibibo
, and similar portals
Coordinate travel itineraries as per employee or management requirements
Monitor travel costs and suggest economical options without compromising comfort
Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently
Maintain travel records, invoices, and booking confirmations
Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and cab service providers
Ensure compliance with company travel policies
Provide support during travel-related issues and emergencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Proficiency in IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo
, and other online travel booking apps
Good knowledge of airline, railway, and hotel booking procedures
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute travel requests
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record-keeping
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a
Travel Desk, Admin, or Travel Coordination role
Experience in corporate travel management preferred
