Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Desk Management
Plan, book, and manage
domestic and international travel
(flights, hotels, transport, visas)
Coordinate with employees for travel requirements and itineraries
Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements in line with company policies
Handle travel reimbursements and maintain travel records
Liaise with travel vendors and service providers
Administrative Support
Support day-to-day
office administration activities
Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
Assist in onboarding logistics and employee travel arrangements
Maintain records, documents, and reports
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative needs
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in travel desk or administrative roles
Experience in handling
corporate travel bookings
Good knowledge of travel portals and booking tools
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree
Experience in IT / Corporate office environment is an advantage
Familiarity with company travel policies and expense management
