We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
Travel Desk Executive
to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
domestic and international travel
, including ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
domestic and international air ticket bookings
Manage
hotel reservations
and travel itineraries
Coordinate complete
travel desk operations
Process and manage
visa applications
(documentation, appointments, follow-ups)
Ensure cost-effective and timely travel arrangements
Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, hotels, and embassies
Maintain accurate travel and visa records
Provide prompt support for last-minute or emergency travel requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in
travel desk / ticketing / tour operations
Strong knowledge of
domestic & international travel procedures
Hands-on experience in
visa application processing
Smart, quick learner with good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
Preferred Skills:
Experience with travel booking portals and GDS systems
Good organizational and time-management skills
