We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees across locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of travel bookings, cost optimization, and timely support for all travel-related requirements in line with company policies

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs, and hotels) for employees.
Manage travel requests, approvals, and itinerary preparation.
Liaise with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors to secure best rates and ensure smooth service.
Maintain travel records, invoices, and ensure timely processing of travel bills.
Assist employees in submitting and processing travel-related claims and reimbursements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Prepare periodic travel expense and utilization reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; certification in Travel & Tourism preferred.
2-5 years of experience in corporate travel management or administrative support.
Good knowledge of travel portals, airline booking systems, and hotel platforms.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
