Policy Compliance:
Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
Vendor Management:
Developing and maintaining relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.) and negotiating for the best rates.
Travel Support:
Providing support and assistance to travelers before, during, and after their trips, including resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies.
Documentation:
Handling visa applications, passport renewals, and other necessary travel documents.
Reporting:
Generating reports on travel expenses and other relevant data.
Communication:
Keeping travelers informed about their itineraries, travel updates, and any changes.
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, travel management).
1+years of experience in a travel-related role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
