Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, train, bus, cab, and hotel bookings.
Plan and coordinate accommodation for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
Negotiate with travel agents, hotels, and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Ensure timely bookings, modifications, and cancellations as per travel needs.
Maintain travel-related records, invoices, and expense statements for finance reconciliation.
Support HR in arranging travel for new joiners, interview candidates, and training programs.
Coordinate with management for VIP/urgent travel requirements.
Handle last-minute travel requests, including bookings beyond office hours, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel policies, visa requirements, and guidelines.
Prepare travel reports and MIS for management review.
Undertake any other task assigned by HR/Management.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in corporate travel management/travel desk operations.
Experience in dealing with travel agencies, hotels, and booking platforms.
