We are looking for a proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage travel arrangements and provide excellent support for employee and business travel needs. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle bookings, itineraries, documentation, and travel-related queries while ensuring smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, trains, hotels and local transport
Prepare detailed travel itineraries for employees
Ensure travel bookings align with company policy and budget
Provide support for travel-related queries and emergencies
Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
Communicate with travel vendors to secure best rates and services
Assist with visa and travel documentation when needed
Monitor travel expenses and assist with expense reporting
Liaise with HR and finance departments for approvals and billing
Resolve travel-related issues promptly for a seamless travel experience
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in travel coordination or travel desk role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel requests
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo)
Knowledge of corporate travel policies
Strong negotiation skills with vendors
Familiarity with visa processes and travel regulations
