Geographic Knowledge Preference:
The candidate should be aware of travel routes, connectivity, and accommodation availability across key operational states, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Experience handling travel logistics in
rural and industrial belt locations
will be a strong advantage.

Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation, and related logistics for employees, clients, or guests. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and compliant travel planning while maintaining a high standard of service and coordination with internal stakeholders deployed across project and site locations, primarily in rural and semi-urban areas and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, book, and manage domestic travel, including air tickets, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring availability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate hotel bookings in line with company travel policies, budget constraints, and employee preferences.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and vendors to secure competitive rates and timely confirmations.
Handle itinerary preparation, travel confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and re-bookings.
Ensure compliance with organizational travel policies and approval processes.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel expenses for audit and reporting purposes.
Address travel-related queries, emergencies, and last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
Reconcile vendor invoices and support finance teams in billing and cost tracking.
Generate periodic MIS reports on travel spend, vendor performance, and utilization trends.
Stay updated on travel regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, airline rules, and hotel reservation processes.
Proficiency in travel portals and booking systems
Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requirements.
Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
