Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Travel Desk- in Varmora Granito Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad corporate office

:

- End to End Travel Management for Employees and top management.

- Handling and overseeing all travel arrangements (Train, Air, lodgings etc.)

- Train and Air Ticketing, Accommodation (hotel booking), Cabs Booking.

- Provides service by responding to inquiries to all employee and Guest for domestic or International

- Arrangements of Venue for Training, meetings and conferences.

- Arrange, manages and coordinates all aspects of Domestic Hotel and Travel bookings to meet the specific needs of employees, departments and guests.

- Reconciliation of travel, so that refund note or cancellation is not missed.

- Mobile Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Handling emergencies during the tour and providing with the best solution to the problems.

- Administrative activities like Meeting Arrangements, Outdoor Activities, Vendor management.
