Role Overview
We are looking for a
Travel Desk Executive cum Receptionist
who can manage all travel arrangements for our team and ensure smooth front-office operations.
This role requires excellent coordination skills, professional communication, and a warm yet efficient approach to guests and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Coordination
Front Office & Administration
Coordination & Support
Plan, book, and confirm travel for employees and executives (train, flight, bus, cab).
Coordinate travel and accommodation
Maintain vendor databases for travel and hospitality.
manage all travel arrangements & front-office operations.
Ensure advance approvals for bookings and adherence to travel policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in travel coordination or reception (preferably in a corporate/manufacturing setup).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, punctual, and professional.
Problem-solving attitude and quick response in emergencies.
