We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Travel Desk Executive
to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, transportation, and ensuring a seamless travel experience while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Book flights, hotels, and transport for employees.
Handle visa assistance, itineraries, and travel insurance.
Coordinate with vendors for best rates and services.
Provide travel support and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Requirements:
Open to freshers; no prior experience required.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Understanding of domestic and international travel routes.
Basic knowledge of visa procedures and travel-related documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
