The Travel Deck Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for corporate clients or internal teams. This role involves handling bookings, maintaining travel documentation, assisting with travel planning, and ensuring smooth travel operations, while adhering to budget and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination
:
Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, transport, etc.) for employees or clients.
Liaise with travel agencies and suppliers to secure the best travel rates and services.
Maintain records of all travel bookings, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, and transport arrangements.
Documentation and Compliance
:
Ensure all travel-related documents, such as visas, travel insurance, and tickets, are accurately prepared and submitted.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
Monitor and ensure adherence to travel guidelines for safety, health regulations, and other legal requirements.
Budget Management
:
Monitor travel expenses and stay within budget guidelines.
Process and verify travel-related invoices and receipts.
Assist in preparing travel reports and analysis for management.
Technology and Tools
:
Use travel management software and other digital tools to streamline booking, reporting, and communication processes.
Maintain accurate travel databases and records.
Vendor Management
:
Establish and maintain relationships with travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for the organization.
Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports on travel expenditures, trends, and savings.
Analyze travel patterns to make recommendations for future travel arrangements and cost-saving strategies.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
