• Assist customers in booking domestic and international travel tickets.
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and available options.
• Handle candidates inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Utilize computer reservation systems to search for and book flights ,train ,bus .
• Stay updated with airline policies, regulations, and travel requirements.
• Process payments and issue tickets or e-tickets to customers.
• Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings as per customer requests.
• Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to resolve booking-related issues.
• Offer alternative travel options and suggest suitable itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.

Must have:

• Proven experience as an Travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
