Job Summary



We're looking for dedicated and customer-oriented

Customer Support Executives

to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, helping travelers with bookings, itinerary changes, and general support. You'll be an integral part of ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our service quality.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails related to flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations. Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight options, fares, and travel policies. Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Work in a rotational shift environment to support 24x7 operations.

Requirements



Minimum

6 months-2 years of experience

in

customer service or support

(travel industry experience preferred). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM or booking tools. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexibility to work
