Customer Service Assistant

Shift Timings : -06:00am to 03:00pm IST / 09:00pm to 06:00am IST / 8:30am to 5:30pm IST / 5:30pm to 2:30am IST / 3:00pm to 12:00 am IST / 07:00pm to 04:00am IST / 1:00pm to 10:00pm IST (Need someone who is flexible in terms of shift timings)

Responsible for providing correct & effective communication to existing & prospective customers about products & their applications Responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in Company as a partner of choice Responsible for collecting data and managing it Responsible for identifying customer needs and closing query calls Conduct telephonic interaction with customers provide information about product and services. Acquire and analyze relevant information to evaluate validity of concern.

Education:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Required experience:

2-3 years post graduation; experience in Customer Support to UK/USA/Australian Client
