Purpose of the role \xe2\x80\x93
Provide travel services to PNG PAN India. As a Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel advisory and booking services to our clients. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and various booking tools to offer personalized travel solutions that meet our clients\' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Advisory:
\xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options to create memorable and tailored travel experiences.
\xc2\xb7 Recommend and arrange accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client requirements.
Booking and Reservations:
\xc2\xb7 Utilize booking systems and software to make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy in booking details and promptly confirm reservations with clients.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage booking changes, cancellations, and re-accommodations as needed.
Travel Documentation and Compliance:
\xc2\xb7 Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
\xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with travel regulations, safety guidelines, and health advisories to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Customer Service:
\xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, from booking to post-trip follow-up.
\xc2\xb7 Address and resolve any client inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Travel Counsellor or similar role in the travel industry.
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and travel trends.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
\xc2\xb7 Certification from a recognized travel industry association (e.g., IATA) is a plus.
