CWT are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Apprentice Travel Consultants. The apprentice will receive hands-on training in travel bookings, customer service, and itinerary planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package inquiries
Learn and support domestic & international travel bookings
Help prepare travel itineraries based on customer requirements
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for reservations
Maintain booking records and customer details accurately
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on travel policies, visa basics, and industry trends
Qualifications
Skills & Requirements:
2023-2025 Graduates (fresher only)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry
Customer-oriented attitude
Flexible with shifts
