Travel O Tourism is hiring a dynamic and passionate
Travel Coordinator & Social Media Executive
to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time in-person role is ideal for women candidates (21 years or above) with a pleasing personality and a strong passion for travel and digital engagement.
This position includes a
6-month training period
, during which your performance will be assessed for future growth opportunities, salary revisions, and long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking arrangements
Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage emails, WhatsApp communication, and make/receive calls to/from clients and vendors
Create and publish social media posts, edit reels, and design promotional images
Write travel blogs and perform online research on destinations and packages
Maintain records and notes using Excel and other tools
Update website content and respond to inquiries
Follow up with potential leads and close travel sales
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (English reading/writing may be acceptable)
Good knowledge of Indian geography and Southeast Asian travel destinations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, internet research)
Preferred: Knowledge of social media marketing, travel blogging, image/video editing

Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Training Period:
6 months (salary revision possible after 3 months based on performance)
Orientation:
5-day orientation before final joining
Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel (up to 75%)
