JOB DESCRIPTION
Interaction with Corporate Clients for their air travel requirement.
Reservation & Ticketing on CRS (Amadeus /Galileo), Online Portal for Domestic/International air travel
Itinerary & fare construction.
Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades & re-routings involved.
Refund processing of tickets cancelled
Solving Escalations at the first end.
Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues.
Handling Visa requests.
Handling Foreign exchange and travel insurance.
Handling web check in and seat allocation.
Competencies:
Well versed with International /Domestic routing and ticketing
Must have knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo
Pleasing personality
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Customer facing skills. Be able to provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email
Education: Any Graduate
