This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Coordinator at Akbar Travels Fort in Mumbai.
The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, managing travel logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating various travel activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations
Any two CRS (Amadeus / Galileo / Saber) knowledge is must.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
3+ years of experience in Air travel Ticketing on CRS / GDS system.
Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
Air Ticket issue / reissue & refund knowledge is must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
