Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end travel bookings: flights, trains, buses, etc.
Reserve hotels and guest accommodations.
Assist clients with visa/passport procedures if needed.
Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries.
Track travel expenses and stay within allocated budgets.
Handle last-minute changes or cancellations calmly and professionally.
Maintain records of travel preferences, frequent flyer memberships, and vendor contacts.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in travel coordination/admin roles.
Hands-on experience with travel portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be based in Ahmedabad.
Immediate joining is mandatory.
