We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Travel Coordinator to join our team. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently arranging and coordinating travel arrangements for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make travel arrangements for employees and clients including airfare, hotel, and transportation bookings
Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors
Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
Create detailed itineraries for all travel arrangements
Communicate travel details and changes with employees and clients
Provide 24/7 support to travelers during their trips
Maintain accurate travel records and reports
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in travel booking software and tools
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Flexible schedule to accommodate travelers as needed
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
